SCULPT
A slow, controlled hot mat Pilates class focused on deep muscle activation and toning. This format emphasizes time under tension, precise movement, and core strength—creating a targeted, full-body burn that builds strength from the inside out.
BURN
A higher-intensity hot mat Pilates class designed to elevate your heart rate and push endurance. Expect continuous movement, dynamic sequencing, and a full-body sweat that challenges both strength and stamina in a heated environment.
FLOW
A more foundational, rhythm-based class centered on alignment, control, and breath. Slower-paced yet deeply effective, this format focuses on mobility, flexibility, and building a strong, stable foundation.
