5 MINUTE RULE

Studio doors lock 5 minutes after class begins to ensure the safety of all clients. Please arrive on time to help maintain a safe and seamless experience for everyone. This applies to reformer and mat classes.

CANCELLATION

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a session being deducted from your pass. This applies to all drop-ins, packages, and class-pass bookings. Members on unlimited plans will incur a $25 late-cancellation fee.

NO SHOW

A $25 no-show fee will be charged for any scheduled class missed without prior cancellation. This applies to all drop-ins, packages, memberships, and class-pass bookings.

RESPECT & INCLUSIVITY

We strive to maintain a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. Bullying, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

WAITLIST

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be automatically added and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once added.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations before class. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home.
